Inland waterways, resort islands and lush gardens define this city
containing 15,000 dwelling units, 8m sq meters of office and retail,
and an entertainment district. Phase 1 includes 5 hotels, harbor and
transit center and the entertainment zone.

The relocation of the MOF focuses on its premier attraction, The Douglas
World Cruiser, one of only two surviving aircraft that completed the
first circumnavigation of the world. An outdoor observation deck,
transient display ramp, mezzanine exhibit areas and retail complete
this intimate project.

Orangerie Marketplace

The restoration and adaptive re-use of this 1919 structure, together
with the new Orangerie Marketplace, will celebrate the heritage of
Anaheim while providing a unique urban destination for the arts, cultural
exhibitions, thematic dining and live entertainment.

Selected by the County of Los Angeles Dep't of Beaches and Harbor
RFP, this project will create an entertainment destination contiguous
with Burton Chace Park on the waterfront in the worlds largest manmade
boat harbor. The project is proposed to contain 3 restaurants, 70,000
sf of retail and a 2,600 seat cinema complex and parking structure.
